Don't bother: Untraceable prank calls from other rooms at all hours of the night, elevator that takes forever to scale six floors (even only two floors), easy access door in parking lot from outside to all floors of hotel, 'mediorcre' neighborhood, jacuzzi tub in bathroom (where who would like to hang out???), room not ready at check-in, no mini-fridges 'available,' walk-in guests served and given room access before guests with reservations.
the woman at the front desk was extremely patient and helpful when dealing, especially, with a couple of real jerks who were checking in at the same time I was. Stole a couple of bagels from the free breakfast for the seven-hour car ride home on check out day, which was nice. Staff was very kind and friendly.
After about eight stays at this hotel, this was my first bad experience. I will, however, never stay there again as a result.
Great location and Price!

Rooms were comfortable and clean. TV has cable, large bathroom and jacuzzi. If you are looking for a clean, safe and inexpensive stay for a couple days this is the place! 3 Blocks to the New Ceasers Pier. Only 100 yards to walk boardwalk... bring tennis shoes you can walk to everything! and really no need to drive your car around.
