We really enjoyed the staff there. Friendly and extremely helpful. Always positive and gave you extra special treatment. I would have liked a fridge and microwave in the room for late night snacks, etc. Also, one of us is hard of hearing and wears hearing aids. You could not adjust the sound on the tv, as it was preset to only go to a certain volume. We had to keep putting on the closed caption each time we put the tv on. Our floor under the sink was never mopped. It was dirty the entire visit. We didn't ask the staff to clean it up. I am sure they would have if we had asked. Also, the sheets were dirty on one of the double beds. They did change those for us immediately. Whenever we asked for extra things, the cleaning crew would help us. The tiki bar at night by the pool was fun. WE enjoyed talking and meeting people there. The bartender was quite helpful with info when we asked. The pool area was never crowded, you could always get chairs out there. There were basketball tournaments and teams were staying there but it didn't seem to interfere with any of the facilities. The fitness room was never crowded. We were always able to get into it and work out. The breakfast each morning was great. The waffles are fantastic. It would be nice to have a choice of syrups, not just maple, and also a sugar free syrup for those who are diabetic. Having not to pack a blow dryer was convenient , too. We used it every day. The computer in the lobby was nice to have access to since I didn't have a laptop with wireless. We would return here again.
