Great Time in NYC

  • April 9, 2007

I was staying here for a conference and was very impressed with this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel had a nice fitness center with a great view while you work out. Overall this was one of the best trips I had ever taken and this hotel was a big part of it.

Times Square From Above

  • Rated 4 of 5 by a traveler from Travelocity.com
Hotel was perfect for a quick getaway with my 8 yr. old daughter. She was mesmerized by the view of Times Square at night from our 40th floor room. Room was immaculate. Room Service prompt, correct, and friendly. Staff helpful. 8th floor Lobby is a great place to relax, have a drink, and be entertained by the goings on of Times Square.

Awful - Stay Away

Two words - rude staff. You can expect to wait 90 minutes to check in. You will not get the confirmed room. Your Marriott Gold status will mean nothing to the hotel staff and management. Bathrooms are nasty. When I arrived, I found a sock in my bed from the previous guest - the sheets were not changed. - STAY AWAY

Great Experience

"I had a business trip and brought my 16 year old and her 17 year old friend. They were able to explore the Times Square location without any worries from me. The area is so full of police and people and there was plenty for them to do without adult supervision. Location, Location, Location!"
