The room that we booked was not available and we thought there was going to be a problem, but the staff was quick and efficient! Due to the inconvenience, a larger room was given with more amenities. The room was beautiful, the staff extremely nice-especially the bell men, Marvin and etc. I will definately stay there whenever I go to New York, without a second thought to another hotel. This was the best stay I have ever had at a hotel, hands down!

The Marriott Marquis is a wonderful hotel. The location is perfect with access to all the action in the Theatre district and Times Square. At check-in they gave me a free upgrade to a Times Square view. I don't want to stay anywhere else in New York.

Wonderful location. Room was not ready on time so they put us in a room overlooking Times Square. What a view!! Will stay here again. Try cheesecake at Jr's across 45th!! To die for!!!

The hotel was nice if you don't mind the hustle and bustle of being right of Time Sqaure, the food was excellent and the staff was very helpful.

Great location, close to broadway shows, restaurants, and subway. We requested a room above the noise which was granted. Beds were comfortable with spacious rooms. Check out time is 1200; however the shuttle was due to pickup at 1:15, we were allowed to extend our stay until 1:00pm.
