I have no complaints about this hotel. Every staff member was extreemly helpful, friendly, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to the New York area. These accomodations added significantly to the enjoyment of my family trip.

Hotel accomodations were nice and clean with great view of Time Square. In great location to sights we wanted to see. Only wish hotel would have had a small refridgerator in room. Other accomadations fine.

Stayed here for the 4th of July. and New Year's Day and had a great time. THe staff is extremely helpful and are there for your every desire. The elevators are much improved, stayed on the 42nd floor, 2 floors from the top and it was awesome. Breakfast was included and I felt totally spoiled staying here. Will be back for sure. I think the beds are the best.

Not only is this hotel in THE BEST Location, it is the Marriott team that makes this hotel shine. They honestly understand what it means to have a Spirit to Serve!! This will always be my favorite hotel. And I just happen to work for a competitor!!! My brand could learn a lot from this hotel and staff.

Vacation-2 parents & 1 adult child:This hotel was great! The location couldn't be better. We saw two Broadway shows and we only had to walk around the corner. The subway was close by and even walking wasn't bad at all. Rockefeller plaza nearby.Lots of places to eat close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We had a room on 14th floor with a view of Times Square-pricey but really enjoyed the view out the window. We ran ourselves silly for 4 days and when we were totally exhausted we would go back to the room, put our feet up, and look out the window until we were recharged and ready to go again. Room was very quiet despite Times Square and the huge indoor atrium lobby. Beds were very comfortable. One night after seeing a show we went up to the revolving lounge/restaurant. Great view, very nice, had the late night buffet in the lounge.-food was good, selection okay. Would definitely stay there on next trip!
