Great hotel in Times Square. Broadway theater actually in the hotel. Very large, and easy to get lost in, though. Location can't be beat though.

Hotel was in a great location right on times square, in addition to the hotel restaurants there were a great variety of other places to eat within walking distance . The hotel staff, including the concierge were very helpful. Check in and out were very quick, great variety of activities were available in the hotel. Rooms were clean and large and the elevator system was the best I have ever seen for a place that size.... Would love to go back!!!

Awesome location; Couldn't have asked for a better view of Times Square from the room. Noise level was minimal. Beds in room were VERY comfortable. Lots of hotel reps available and were very helpful in directions. Yankee Stadium was only a 15 - 20 minutes cab ride away or the subway was easily available. LaGuardia was about 20 minutes away. Great location if you are going to a show or Times Square shopping. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Elevators were not a problem at all (average wait was 1-3 minutes). Definitely worth the money; I would highly recommend this hotel for a 1 to 3 day getaway. Will stay here any time that we are in NYC.

Vacation-2 parents & 1 adult child:This hotel was great! The location couldn't be better. We saw two Broadway shows and we only had to walk around the corner. The subway was close by and even walking wasn't bad at all. Rockefeller plaza nearby.Lots of places to eat close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We had a room on 14th floor with a view of Times Square-pricey but really enjoyed the view out the window. We ran ourselves silly for 4 days and when we were totally exhausted we would go back to the room, put our feet up, and look out the window until we were recharged and ready to go again. Room was very quiet despite Times Square and the huge indoor atrium lobby. Beds were very comfortable. One night after seeing a show we went up to the revolving lounge/restaurant. Great view, very nice, had the late night buffet in the lounge.-food was good, selection okay. Would definitely stay there on next trip!
