The room was exactly as it was on the web site. IT was in a great location and the staff was helpful. The only thing bad is that you can hear your neighbors along side of you. The walls were thin.

My family visited New York for the first time last Christmas, and stayed at the Marriott Marquise. It is the most beautiful, luxurious hotel we've ever stayed in. My 8 year old especially loved the super fast glass elevators. The views from our rooms were wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They pointed me in the right direction more than once! We didn't hear any of the noise of New York, but could walk out the door and be right in the middle of it. That's what we came to New York for!

Our hotel experience was beyond expectations. The location is fantastic (right smack dab in the middle of Times Square!), the good sized-room was comfy, and the staff was tip-top.....Friendly smiles with good tourist advice. A wonderful place to stay. Yes, it may be on the higher end of the rate scale, but for special occasions, it is worth every penny. Enjoy your stay!

I have no complaints about this hotel. Every staff member was extreemly helpful, friendly, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to the New York area. These accomodations added significantly to the enjoyment of my family trip.

Hotel accomodations were nice and clean with great view of Time Square. In great location to sights we wanted to see. Only wish hotel would have had a small refridgerator in room. Other accomadations fine.
