Never Again

We booked between 8-10 rooms while attending my daughter's wedding. I have never had worse service. We could not get towels. I had to purchase towels to get ready for the wedding on Saturday. On Sunday, we had to beg for clean towels and were only given two sets and were told there were no more. However, we found a stack on housekeeping's cart. After getting towels at approximately 10:30 we were treated very rudely because we were not showered and ready to leave at 11:00. Housekeeping was rude and no manager intervened. My daughter was verbally abused and physically threatened because she asked housekeeping to stop banging on the door and upsetting my two-year-old granddaughter. Several of our guests experienced the same towel problem. We also had problems with billing.
