Great Value For The Money

My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. The staff was courteous and efficient. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just one block from the subway and bus system. The main floor lobby is spacious, and includes a large breakfast area. Just across the street is a new shopping complex with several restaurants, a grocery, and a nice bookstore. We thought the complimentary breakfast was very adequate. It included coffee, tea, various types of cold cereal, different types of cheeses, and a large assortment of bread and rolls. We kept our window open to allow fresh air inside in the evenings, but I must say it was a bit noisy out on the street, people yelling and one evening some street workers were using a jackhammer on the street at 11:30 p.m. All in all, we felt safe and comfortable there, and would definitely recommend it!

Hotel was excellent and close to the underground and a mall across the street. Room was comfortable and large enough for four adults. Breakfast every morning was a plus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was secure after 7 and you had to have a key to get back in. TV stations were okay but we were there for site seeing not sitting in the hotel.

Out Of The Center Hotel

This hotel is on the north side of London near Swiss Cottage. Hotel is clean, room was comfortable and had satelite TV and high-speed Internet (charge). Room is on the small side, and bathroom only has a shower, no tub, but is functionally fine. Room includes continental breakfast in the lobby area, which also functions evenings as the lobby bar. Staff is very friendly and helpful (though like most UK hotels and restaurants now, they are mostly Eastern European). Hotel door is locked at 8pm every evening; you need your room keycard to open the door after 8pm (or knock). Directly across the street is the O2 mall, with at least six restaurants (burger, pub, Italian, Japanese), a large bookstore, a six-screen cinema, and a Sainsbury's grocery store. Many shops and restaurants up and down the street, and a Tube station is two streets away.

Great hotel. Modern, Clean, friendly service. Two minute walk to Finchly undergroud. Great Mall with restaurants and grocery store across the road. Traffic a little noisy and rooms a bit small but overall a great hotel. Breakfast included was very pleasant. Will stay at same hotel when I return to London.
