Adequate, many children on weekends

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights in May 2009. The non-smoking room we ended up with was on the second/top floor overlooking the pool. When we arrived, on a Saturday night, the pool was overflowing with loud, screaming children. There is a water slide and kiddy-pool, and it would appear that this hotel is used by the locals for weekend parties w/ kids. Come Monday, the place was nearly deserted.
Our room was pretty outdated, but did have a microwave and mini-fridge. The toilet overflowed the first night, and the maintenance crew arrived quickly and remedied the problem.
The restaurant is so-so. The food was OK, but the service was atrocious. Just order room service instead.

If you are taking a family member to the Mayo Clinic for treatment, this is a great place to stay. The people were wonderful, accommodating and very generous.
The location was fabulous.

Personal were pleasant and helpful. Accommodations were clean and comfortable.
A little more noisy on the week-end when more families were there but still overall a very good choice. Would stay there again if in the area.
