Only problem I has with stay was the lack of extra towels I asked for.

I thought it was probably our dumb luck that we had no hot water for showers, but I heard 4 other families complain of the same thing. I also found out this is a regular occurence at this hotel. They did give us *$* off of an *$* room. Woo hoo! The chef at the restuarant and the pool were the only redeeming qualities and that's not enough for me to stay there again.

The people are nice, but the rooms are not very clean and the beds are awful!
