My son and I spent a couple of days in New York, and there were times we didn't want to leave our room! It was beautiful, comfortable, and MOST important, EXTREMELY clean

Loved the room...bathroom was gorgeous--modern, marble with two shower heads! Only stayed one night but will definetely go again and recommend.

We checked in on a Thursday afternoon for a romantic birthday weekend in the city. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The room was beautiful and exceeded our expectation. We were on the 25th floor, and were impressed with how quiet the hotel was during our entire stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the tvs in both rooms are a treat. The concierge was able to assist us with all our needs, and sent us to some great places. It was well worth the money to stay at this hotel.

From the location to the quality of the staff my stay was absolutly perfect. I would not stay at another NYC hotel

We used the London NYC for a quick trip to the city to see a play and have dinner. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was conveniently located for shopping in midtown and walking to the theater. It's only about four blocks from Central Park. Very nice.
