Good experience

We self-parked our car at a garage connected to the hotel via skywalk. This worked out well for us. Elevator service on Saturday morning was slow. Too many people trying to leave at once.

Room very small, expensive breakfast, parking, and internet.

Stayed July 4th weekend 2009. The room was very small, they charge for everything. $10 a night for wireless internet, $14 per night for parking, and their isnt even a free breakfast. The only plus was the cleanliness.

Service, Amenities below standard!

I just stayed at the Hyatt in Cinci over the weekend and was astonished at the lack of quality service and care of this hotel. First off, I do believe Hyatt could at least offer better parking services. The recommended Avis parking garage connected to the hotel was extremely dark and I saw no security cameras and the elevator and corridor leading to the hotel reeked! This morning upon leaving we found 3 men sleeping in the corridor where they thought they could not be seen and they were not since there is no security present to insure safety! The room itself was sub-standard and lacked cleanliness. The hotel definitely needs upgrading from the elevators to the rooms. The room service was lacking and even though one room servant witnessed obvious makeup stains to white bed sheets and pillow cases she simply made up the bed and tucked the dirty sheet under to hide it instead of changing it knowing we would be staying another night. When checking out I was asked by staff how I liked the stay and I responded honestly that I did not and when I told him why, he responded "well the hotel is in litigation" indicating upgrades and inconvenience would happen because of this. I dont care what is going on, the hotel should always be welcoming and accomodating to its guests or they should not open their doors. And Hyatt could start complimentary breakfast--it could not hurt. I did not find the staff very friendly at all and I guess I am just too big on customer service!

Great staff!

The hotel was very nice, and the staff was very friendly and exceeded expectations of customer service! There was always somewhere there to help with questions and to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is very nice, clean and close to the stadiums!
