Visiting Cincinnati on business, had a great time. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room very comfortable; stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the river. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Had dinner at Champs once and it was delicious. Kind of pricey but worth it.

My daughters and I went to Cincinnati for a two day visit to see the Newport Aquarium and visit Univ. of Cincinnati. The location of the hotel was great with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially with driving directions. The room was very comfortable and the beds were fabulous! We ate at Chammps and had an excellant meal although it was a bit pricey. The only drawback was that the whirlpool was being repaired and the pool was a bit over-crowded. Overall, we will stay here again when we return to Cincinnati.

This is about our 14th Opening Day. In the Past we have stayed at the Netherland Plaza and the Milleneum. They both were nice but the Hyatt was a better price this year. I was extremely satisfied with the Hyatt. The staff was attentive and very courteous. The room was very nice and I watched sporting events at "Champs". My daughter liked the pool. I highly reccomend the Hyatt Regency of Cincinnati!
Great hotel, but for the late night intrusion

If I could take the bed and pillows home with me, I would! Making the most of a Monday morning business appointment, I checked in on Saturday and had two great nights of sleep. Monday night would have been fine, too, until housekeeping attempted to enter my room at 10 pm! I had the t.v. on loud and thought they were knocking on the room next door; when I didn't answer, they opened the door. Luckily I had the security bar across the door frame. A call to the front desk (only) got me an apology and a restless night of sleep, waiting for more intruders. The front desk said that housekeeping was trying to determine if someone was in the room next door. Isn't there a better way to do that? The Millenium Hotel is right across the street. It's just as nice and I think it's cheaper - stay there.
Would Stay Again, A Bit Overpriced

I recently stayed at the Hyatt for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. The hotel is very nice inside and the staff is very friendly. The location is unbeatable, and is easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and bars. The room was much smaller than I expected, but nice inside, although the bathtub could have used an update. Best part was the beds, very comfortable which was wonderful for sleeping in. Room service is average, but conveinent. Fitness Center is also very nice for active travelers. Overall, a nice hotel, but I do believe it's a bit expensive for what it offers. Parking is also expensive, $15-20 a night, depending on self-park or valet.
