Great time in Hot Springs! Hotel is walking distance to shopping malls, close to restaurants, and easy to get to Race Track and tourist sites.Good service and good, free breakfast, coffee & tea still on when you get back late. Only suggestion would be to add maid needed card for door when you go out for day, only had resting card & wife mistakenly placed on door when we went out once, but desk got us clean towels right away. Good place - Fair price!

This is a pretty good hotel, but it needs improvement on the food choices and other things. Otherwise it was good.

The pool was tiny with graffiti in the mildew above the waterline...no whirpool or sauna. Exercise equipment needed a good cleaning. Room was adequate, but no heat lamp in bathroom and fan was horribly loud (automatically turned on with light). Good breakfast.
