GREAT STAY!!!!

This hotel stay was the best we have had so far, our group travels about 8 times per year. This was a group reservation for a youth baseball team, 12 rooms total, it was made on the last minute (1 day prior to arrival) due to another hotel NOT honoring a reservation previously made and the Ramada Limited in McAllen made our stay perfect. They not only accommodated us at the last minute, but provided us with THE best customer service a hotel has to offer. They treated us all with the utmost respect and consideration and made us feel right at home. The rooms were squeaky clean and HUGE...the beds were superior in comfort. All 12 of the families were completely satisfied and have asked that we stay at the Ramada Limited every time we go to McAllen area! Thank You for a job well done!
