wake up call

Basic, OK place to stay. My one complaint - and it is an important one - is that the hotel failed to deliver a "wake up" call. This caused me to miss a plane connection, and the staff did not even offer an apology, much less any compensation. Since there is no alarm clock in the room, unless you travel with a clock, the wake-up is the only option.
