I was charged for a room with 2 double beds and I received a king size bed. If I wanted to take a double bed, it would have been at another hotel for one night. I was to tired and in a new state, that I chose not to go to another motel. Therefore, if assume, the money paid is lost.

Location :fine. We found the front desk staff (family) to be polite and helpful. Helped with directions on using public transp. and suggestions about local restaurants. The cont. breakfast was sufficient (if you got to the office early) fruit, danish, OJ and hot water for drinks. Fridge and micro in rooms. Parking was FREE - big plus. If you have to double park, leave keys at the desk - no problem. A little noisy but not bad enough to ruin sleep. The towels need to be replaced, some are kind of ratty. I would stay there, again.

Hotel was tidy, room small but bath was clean & big. Front desk has limited day hours but helped book tours that picked up at hotel. Fengshui Chinese food on Lombard excellent value but about 8 blocks toward GG Bridge. No stores close by. Motel is in Marina District, yuppytown and still big city. My spouse and I felt pretty safe. Far to Wharf, restaurants, bus/trolley. Take cabs or be prepared to walk allot! Many hills. Good location if in shape! Closest stores or decent food at least 5-8 blocks. Had a wonderful time ? was not in room much.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean and well-kept. The room was a little small but the bathroom was HUGE, all tile with 2 sinks. Located only a few blocks from Fisherman's Wharf and down the street from "crooked street" section of Lombard. Free parking was a bonus. Fridge in the room came in handy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great service by the people running the motel. They were very kind and helpful. The only downside to this hotel is that my room directly faced Lombard, and the street noisy was quite loud.
