Good value, family friendly

Quote: We looked for a good family friendly and convenient location at a low cost. This place was all we expected. A few blocks to the Metro - and just a few stops from the Mall. Safe, clean and a nice restaurant on site. Lots of places walking distance.... Read the full Quality Inn Iwo Jima review

Low budget but fairly close to a Metro stop.

Quote: The Best Western Iwo Jima is a typical low budget motel. The rooms are dark with black out shades. If they are opened, the lace drapes allow people to see inside the room. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave oven. There was also a nice... Read the full Quality Inn Iwo Jima review

Quote: We stayed in this hotel on a family trip to DC. It is conveniently located a few blocks from the subway terminal and near Arlington National Cemetery. Hotel was not fancy, but was clean and staff was helpful. The kids really enjoyed the pool after a... Read the full Quality Inn Iwo Jima review

Good Location, mediocre room

Quote: Room was sub par, the section we were in is in need of renovation. It must be close to the airport because we would hear planes flying overhead when we'd go to sleep at night, and wake to them in the morning. We stayed 2 nights, and were only in the... Quote: Motel had a great location for getting on the Metro, and getting into DC. A little hard to drive to the street it was on. A nice dinner located in same area. Not alot of parking by your room. Would of been nice if had rolls or toast in the morning.

Quote: Breakfast is not complementary but there is a good size refrigerator in a room. So you can keep some food in it. The Safeway supermarket is about the same walk distance to the Metro station from the hotel. Near by Rosslyn Metro station was... Read the full Quality Inn Iwo Jima review

Quote: The room was clean and comfortable. This was in a great location for us and the price couldn't be beat. Great value! It was very easy to get to from the places in DC that we needed to go and half the price of staying in DC. The on-site restaurant... Read the full Quality Inn Iwo Jima review

Quote: We made reservation throught AAA. When we arrived the clerk could not find the reservaton and asked to keep our copy. In the middle of the stay we got a call from the front desk asking if we requested extra night stay. We said "no".

Price value ratio was good

Quote: Being close to DC and fairly inexpensive was a plus. Be prepared to use cab service to explore DC as the Metro was considerable walk from Hotel. Cab service in DC was excellent.
