Santa Rosa vacation

Our stay at the Best Western was nice. The people behind the front desk did their best in getting us a room that had 2 queen beds instead of the king size bed that the reservation had stated was the only one availble. Thanks to them, we had a comfortable room and a great stay.

I'm so glad my friend suggested we stay at this hotel. I'm a stickler for hotel cleanliness. Our room (and our friend's room) passed the test. The carpets were even slightly damp when we got there because they had been cleaned. The beds were great! The only negative was that our toilet overflowed, for no reason and no fault of ourse, twice (once in the middle of the night). the manager came and fixed it though.
