1st time in the Keys

This hotel was exactly like the website stated. They had just completed a 43 million dollar renovation, and you could tell. The place looked like a palace. The employees of the hotel were all very helpful, and babied us for the week. Our room was spacious and the balcony was a needed must. It was a very laid back atmosphere. The pools were exceptional, and the beach was very clean. At night the view of the ocean was breathtaking from the hotel. They had everything you needed at the hotel, snorkeling, waverunners, scooters, great dining, and bars. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing vacation. I would also recommend this hotel for those of you who want to party on Duval Street, it is only 3 blocks away. I give this hotel an excellent rating.

My fiance and I have been to Key West three times in the last four years. Twice we have styaed at the Casa Marina>>before renovation and after. The renovation has made this resort one of a kind in Key West. The service we received from Mike around the pool was first-class (clean towels, ice water, fresh fruit, ice cream pops, samples of the daily drink specials, and anything else we requested, without hesitation!). The rooms are beautifully decorated and the balcony rooms in the original building are great! One huge problem though--NO DRESSERS IN THE ROOMS. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk we were informed that NONE of the rooms had dressers. This truely brings new meaning to the phrase, "clothing optional". We hated the fact that we paid top dollar for this beautiful experience and had to live out of our suitcases. The room has plenty of space to add one and I would highly suggest doing so!!!! We would definitely return but know now to bring alot less clothing. LOL!!!!

The hotel is still a bit under construction, mostly landscaping so only one pool open. The service here is terrible. Like they are doing you a big favor

Had a fantastic four days at the Casa Marina. Close enough to the action but far enough away at the same time. excellent amenities on site. rented bikes for a couple of days. laid around the pool one day. (m at the pool is awesome). Beautiful hotel and great location. We will definitely stay here again.

Was disappointed that the hotel we usually stay at was unavailable so we booked here. How lucky could I get. From the moment of check in to the check out, our stay was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and couldn't have treated us nicer. Service on the beach and pool area was superb. Imagine hydrating yourself with fruit, ice water with lemons and limes and popsicles while basking in the sun. Just a free added perk. The pool bar was loads of fun! The beach was perfect. Our room was lovely and immaculate. Kudos to all the staff! A special thanks to R, M at the pool. M at the front desk, J, also a great kid ! M, the ultimate doorman with the friendly smile who greeted us daily. I have read some other posts here and cannot believe it. I had read about the "unguarded parking area"...my goodness, who's going to steal your car, those scary roosters hanging around? IT'S KEY WEST!!!!! Duval street is just a few blocks over and usually called us at about 5 o'clock....(get it). LOL Although we never used it, the trolley arrived at the front door frequently so not having a car isn't a problem. I doubt I will ever stay anywhere else. I loved it that much! Keep up the good work you have converted a jersey girl!!!
