Great Hotel! Just in for one night on a business trip and was very pleased. Of course the cookie at check-in is great and the person behind the counter was even better. Friendly, prompt, accurate service which I greatly appreciate. I travel a lot and it's the employees that make the difference between hotels. Rooms were great, LOVED the bed! Good decision going with pillow tip, a great bed makes all the difference.

Travel extensively; can't remember worse experience w/ hotel mgt. Overcharged me on check-in. Mgr refused to acknowledge hotel was wrong although I had proof. 2nd mgr. just as unsympathetic-Still in process of getting refund for overcharges. Also got screwed out of breakfast paid for. Sad part: Great otherwise, &other staff-restaurant, cleaning-technicians wonderful! WeCare signs throughout, but don't say it unless you mean it, Hilton! Also, decide if you really want pets. If not, don't make it difficult on owners who can spend $$ elsewhere. Starwood's pet policy gets it right.
