OKAY STAY

The hotel is predictable and clean, but lacked in the area of customer service. The basic amenities were there which was a plus, but staff did not extend themselves to custumers. In the sports bar, the waitress or staff was not present most of the time. I had to locate her in the kitchen. When asking for directions the counter person did not offer to print or give directions, instead I was sent to their business room. One of the printers didn't work and I had no one to assist me. Fortunately, I knew my way around the computer, otherwise I would have had difficulty finding my way around town. Overall it was, ok for price, but could improve in service just a bit.

The rooms are only so so, definatly does not live up to a holiday Inn standard. The service was only ok, some of the staff has a problem with English!!! The location is convenient, right off the interstate. But the neighborhood is TERRIBLE!!!. If you visit, do not wonder to far from the Hotel, as it is iin a very bad area. We absolutly would not stay again.
