Check In Times say 3:00 to 6:00?

They say check in times are from 3:00 to 6:00 (a quote from someone at the check-in desk on my 3rd trip up there). Don't make your plans around this. They mean 6:00pm not 3:00pm. The lobby was absolutely full of families waiting for their rooms. It was pitiful. I business travel all the time and have never seen anything like it. Hire more staff or something to get the rooms clean in a timely manner. The only thing this hotel has going for it is, its pool and, location.

We have always stayed at this hotel while attending the Rangers games, but this year will be the last time. We sat for a couple of hours in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready (we got there at 530 pm on our check in day, check in was supposedly at 3 pm). The club level breakfast the next day was a dirty unattended room with a selection of bananas and muffins. The club level itself was not key protected, and we had unaccompanied children riding the elevator and playing on our floor. We returned that afternoon at 4 pm to find our room had not been cleaned yet. They agreed to drop the price upon check in to make up for the wait, and then upon check out they had no idea what I was talking about. The pool access was blocked by a remodel job, the bar was set up in the middle of the lobby, and there was not any furniture at the pool. I can understand some considerations for a remodel, but if I am paying for a $200/night room, but getting a $60/night experience, there is something wrong with your organization.
Lack of Management, Poor Service

The hotel is okay and the staff tries to be helpful but no one is managing this place, no one is directing the staff. What this means for you is bad service. It is also very overpriced and I am use to paying a lot for a hotel. Stay at the Couryard instead, this hotel is not worth it.

This hotel was wonderful! Very clean, great food, beautiful lobbies, wonderful housekeeping and frontdesk staff. Enjoyed the outdoor pool area very much! Wyndham is close in proximity to EVERYTHING Arlington has to offer: Ameriquest field, Hurricane Harbor, Six Flags, and UT-Arlington. Wonderful stay! Will recommend!
