I really liked this hotels location, and the ability to reach so many places through the skywalks and subway. The front desk was friendly, and the hotel was extremely clean. I stayed on the 7th floor and had a great view of the Mayo complex. The room was quiet, and comfortable. Parking is inside their parking structure which is nice if the weather is bad. Found the sleep number beds to be nice. The adjustable sleep number beds are a nice feature. You can set them from 0 (softest) to 100 (firmest), my sleep number was 45.

Beautiful lobby, good staff and sleep number beds w/comfy bedding. We brought our puppy who was welcomed without any issues, which was nice, as planning Mayo trips are stressful enough. Good access to the Mayo buildings via indoor walkways. The porters were very nice and accommodating which was helpful because there always seemed to be a line at the front desk. Room Service breakfasts were just ok. Rooms were clean and decent. We felt secure and would stay there again.
Love the rooms!

This has become my favorite place to stay in Rochester. I stay in a lot of hotels and it's the little things that make it nice - crisp, clean bed linens and fluffy pillows, sleep number beds, a shawl at the foot of the bed, a comfy chair, clean and nicely designed rooms. The nice touches make it a pleasure to stay there.
