My family and I just recently stayed at this resort in the Santanoni Suite. The resort, accommodations, views and customer service from the staff was superior. When we get back to Lake Placid I will not consider any other resort. One of the highlights of the trip was the complimentary row boat; there is no better bonding for a father and his daughter than rowing across Mirror Lake.

We just returned from our wonderful vacation in Lake Placid at the Golden Arrow. They made our anniversary celebrations most memorable. The gift bag was very thoughtful and they gave us very nice guest rooms in the house. We had a magnificent view of the lake and the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed the boats. The hospitality of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable. They run a first class establishment and we will sure to recommend the Golden Arrow to everyone. We look forward to our next visit to Lake Placid and will definetly stay at the Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort.

Very beautiful, romantic place for a honeymoon. We enjoyed our stay in the Echo Suite and hope to return in the future! Everyone we passed, greeted us with a smile and asked how we are doing.

Myself and my wife just frequently visited this resort for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. I must say this was a wonderful experience. We were greeted at check-in with smiles and great customer service. To our surprise they knew of our anniversary and provided us with a nice gift bag this was so thoughtful. Already with a great feeling about the resort we entered out room and it was in great quality. The room was very clean and very suitable for a romantic evening. The housekeeping staff was great and paid great attention to cleaning details. We also enjoyed reading about the history of the family and resort in the binder in the room. That was a nice touch. Overall, i would describe the hotel, staff, room and service as perfection at its best. Thank you for a great stay and will recommend all to this hotel.

Perfect location in Lake Placid for skiing and enjoying the town. We walked everywhere and caught a shuttle to the mountain right across the street. Very comfortable ammenities and friendly staff. Made for a great trip!
