Great location - perfect for a friends' getaway

Great location in mid-town Manhattan. Easy access to subway or walking. We had 6 people and got 2 junior suites - which was perfect for our group and affordable. Complimentary "pillow service" was a nice perk (the magnetic therapy pillow was my favorite). Staff was friendly and helpful. We'd stay there again!

Great rooms!

I love that the hotel is on the smaller side--it is navigable. The room was big, I loved the kitchenette, although I didn't even hardly use it :(. I've never had such a big room in NYC, and the bathroom is very useable. There is some mirrors/shelves in the bathtub which is highly functional for a woman who travels with a lot of toiletries and much appreciated. Everything was well laid out. The nice big desk was handy and wonderful. I did take advantage of the pillow menu and was able to try a few things I was thinking about purchasing so that was nice!

What a luxurious experience!

This hotel is close to everything, so friendly and lovely! Everyone was genuinely friendly and attentive. We had such a great trip. The room was large and gorgeous, the beds were luxurious and we were so close to everything without all the noise and hustle. Close to subway, market, restaurants- a great accomodation!

The Best in NYC

Hotel and Spa Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very quiet, clean, and accessible to everything NYC has to offer. A quick walk to the subway around the corner, and taxi service at the front door. Never a wait. Housekeeping Staff could be improved. They never left enough products or paper for the bathroom unless requested after the room was cleaned.

Great location! Easy walking access to Times Sq., Broadway, Rockefeller Plaza Front desk staff was awesome; helped us secure show tickets in which the show was "sold out" on the internet, gave directions and a few suggestions. Restaurant next door is owned by this property; breakfast was delicious and priced well for NYC. Room was spacious with 2 queens, a desk, chair and ottoman; Room and bath was extremely clean!
