We stayed here for 2 nights while we had work done on our condo. In general, the entire complex needs a major overhaul. It is very dated. Pros: The staff were nice enough, the room seemed clean, the location is great, we could walk around the media center, parking is free.Cons:The shower drain was very slow to drain, Our room was near elevators, so we could hear everything everyone was saying, dated decor.Overall, not bad, but not great either.

I was booked into this hotel for a tv taping. I had trouble with the A/C, was promised a replacement, but it took 2 days. The staff didn't even TRY. If they didn't know the answer to my concerns, they just said so. The place is dated (think Burbank's heyday). The room was comfortable except for the A/C issue. Don't try to check in before the assigned time or you'll be killing time at the pub across the street. If you need a larger selection of cable channels, try the fitness room (most machines don't work in here).

Staff could be a little friendlier to costomers. You kind of feel like cattle when checking in.

We had a great time at the hotel, but the noise level near the elevators was horrible. Someone had the great idea to put tile near the doors. If you are up early, or do not nap in the afternoon, it's a great place. Wonderful staff, great location, nice to my dog. I'd stay again AWAY FROM THE ELEVATOR

They are awesome but you must book ahead during the summer cause they do get full really fast and they have a place where you can store your stuff in this small little locker in the room, well the one I stayed in did. I really liked staying there.
