When I was at Burlington Mall, the shuttle driver let me know that he would be 20 minutes late, and then he came. Check in was perfectly fine. The key didn't work for the business room, but that was solved in a matter of minutes. Shuttle service was good. You will love the Showcase Cinemas adjacent to the hotel.

A good value in the Boston area for under $100.00. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. At first it looks like they forgot the bedspread, but they use some very thin, but warm new technology thingie. Nice shower and toiletries. No complimentary coffee in the lobby ,you have to go to the restaurant and pay. No sleep timer on the remote.Also, no place to buy a local paper on premises. Aside from those small inconveniences, it's a good place

front desk clerk was not pleasant,no smile . we asked for toiletteries for us as all our luggage was delayed.she gave us one toothbrush and soap and said she would get more.i tried calling the front desk but had no answer.she seemed to not have much personnnality that night.perhaps she was having a bad day but we we're the ones with no luggage and traveled all day. i also feel that you're restaurant opens to late in the morning as well as you 're shuttle.i have paid have the price for a room and they offered continental breakfast.makes you wonder.
