Exceeded Expectations

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It was unbelievably clean and very quiet. We encountered nothing but friendly, helpful service from everyone at the front desk as well as the housekeeping staff. The location was so much better than I realized: three blocks to South Street Seaport, close to Brooklyn Bridge, and only blocks in the other direction to Ground Zero. It was convenient to bus tours, boat tours, as well as the subway. Safe area also... A+ choice!!!

Great location near South Street Seaport, Wall Street, Ground Zero, Brooklyn Bridge, Pace University. Hard to find because streets are narrow and somewhat difficult to travel, but for NY it's a very nice place to stay. Rooms only accommodate up to two people so not good for families.

Great for downtown business...clean, friendly, high tech. They upgraded us for free and spent lots of time giving us great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Hotel amenities include T1 lines and personal computers, Web TV, SMART floor with wireless laptop computers, 24 hour business center, executive boardroom, health facility (equipment can be delivered to your room), cafe and lounge, 24-hour room service, cordless phones, CD players and library.
