Horrible Service...the staff was extremely less than friendly.

We booked a 3 night stay, after the first night I recieved a call from the front desk saying there was a problem with my card and if I didn't come down to give them another form of payment there would be "reprocusions". My family was out to breakfast and we returned to the room to find the maid service throwing all of out belongings into plastic bags, this was at 12:50pm. After going to the front desk and demanding to speak to the manager, she discovered that they had tried to charge the wrong card for my room. I had reserved the room with one card, and gave them a different one for payment when I checked in. Not only did the manager not apologize for their mistake, they refused to have all of our belongings unpacked. I told them that I wanted to change hotels and a refund for the next 2 nights, that was refused as well, I booked online and it is non-refundable. The rooms were nice, but as soon as you run into any problems, their staff take no responsibility for it and refuse to corrent it.....I wouldn't send my worst enemy to stay at this hotel.
Not the best view, but a good value.

The hotel for the price is excellent. Front desk were VERY friendly. Breakfast bar was a plus, eggs, waffles, fruit, pastries, toast juices, coffee. Just no meats. Room was very clean but small. Older TV's. Room was dark due to large building next to you that looked like nobody lived there but you weren't sure. Kept our drapes close both days. We should have asked for a different room but got a 10:00am check in and were greatfull. Can't say that it's their fault. If your just there to sleep, it's fine but I like a little light.

Hotel is in a great downtown location, right where we wanted to be for restaurants and shopping. However, our room was unusually small and we had a nasty view of the back alley. If you are looking for a clean, not too expensive room in a great part of town, this is it. If you want to spend time IN your room/enjoying your room, I'd keep looking.

I was impress at how clean this hotel was. Stayed here to go to Cubs game. Hotel is within walking distance to Wrigley Field. We were upgraded to a corner suite, that was a nice surpise. Room was very roomy. We didn't have the breakfast but I heard that is is good.
