Didn't get what we paid for

The room was OK. The bed was wonderful! However, we paid for a KING SUITE. They first tried to put us in a double queen suite which would have been fine for most, but not for my 6'6" husband. We were moved to a regular King room....no suite :( A bit inconvenient with a 21 month old. We would try this place again, though...it has potential!

Finally found the hotel I was looking for. Close to EVERYTHING we wanted to do! Small and quaint, and very comfortable beds. Pool was perfect temp for my family and I and hotel stay was quiet. Low, comparable rates to all other hotels in the area and they offered special discounts for staying there, I.e. Bridgeport Village gift certificate or gas certificate. Olive Garden, Chevy's located right next to hotel and Trader Joe's not too far away. I have tried many hotels and this one I have only one complaint about...I wish they would've had bacon at their continental breakfast. (o: Everyone who worked there was really friendly and we will be back soon!

Hotel and staff were great.

We stay in Lake Oswego because we golf in that area each year. The Phoenix Inn is close and had been remodeled since we stayed there last. Room was great. Staff was very friendly and the facility has free Wi Fi, which we used each day. Free breakfast was used each day, however, eggs were sort of like flying saucers. We intend to stay there next year.

Best in a looooong time!

Best value for the dollar!!! We got a great deal for our room. For the service, amenaties, and quality that we got I would have expected to pay $200+. I would recommend this hotel for ANYONE! I can't wait to find a reason to come back into town.
