I stay in a lot of Marriotts around the US and this one is sub par. It is badly in need of an update and not at the level of others in Chicago, New York or Seattle.

would not stay again

I planned a few days with my daughter from Houston and i am from Tyler to shop at the galleria before Christmas i wanted a hotel close by so i picked the marriott Dallas Addison Quorum Galleria when we got there the check in clerks was not friendly at all then we had to pay $10.00 each to park at the hotel. We went shopping and came back and wanted to go to the sauna to relax but the sanua was broke so we didnt get to use that service then all night we heard a cry baby or child i called the desk but there was nothing they could do. We get up and there is no water pressure while taking a shower the commode you had to flush several times just to get toliet paper to go down. This is not a good place to stay they must pay people to write good reviews becuase we did not have a good experience at this hotel...

Visited mid December for 4 nights. Front desk personel very helpful, provided a glass of cream for my coffee from the restaurant and a mini-frig to keep it in during my stay. The beds were extremely comfy, luxurious ammenities for the price of the room, to be sure. Valet service very polite and efficient. Free shuttle service to local stores and restaurants a big plus. After I had checked out, the front desk personel also went out of their way to return something to me that I had forgotten in my room. White glove service coming from a very understated hotel. Would definetly stay again in the future.

Great Experience on a Busy Weekend

We were there on the weekend of the Texas-Oklahoma football game, a very busy time. The hotel handled the crowd beautifully. Breakfast was not free, but the buffet was exceptional and worth the price. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Marriott the first time i was ever in Dallas. The hotel was amazing to say the least. The staff was friendly and always cleaned the room. The bathrooms were surprisingly big. Although it was February when I traveled, the indoor/outdoor pool was great because it was heated so you can swim in it all year round. The hotel was quiet and believe it or not there was a cheer leading convention going on during my stay and the only time it was loud was in the lobby when all of the squads were down there. Since there was so many people the restaurant was really crowded but I imagine its not like that all of the time . The food there is really good especially the breakfast buffet. The only downside of the whole hotel is the fact that there are little spots out front of the hotel so you have to use their garage and there is a fee, I don't exactly remember how much it was but it was around the $-$ dollar range every time you left. And the wired internet didn't work on my laptop, but it could have just been my laptop. I am rating the value for money really good because I got it super cheap for around $ for a round trip flight and 4 nights, but I wouldn't pay $ a night normally for a room (what the cost is), but I am also on a budget, so you decide.
