NEVER AGAIN!

Not only was the staff unfriendly- the driver was perfectly nasty, and had to be ASKED to help getting my suitcase up in the van at the airport. At the arrival at the hotel, he simply sat down, and I (at almost 70 years old!) had to open the van, struggle my heavy case out, and carry/wheel it to my room at a lengthy distance. This was after check-in, where I had requested help from the staff, which was watching me!!!
The room had none of the extras, named in the ad, exect a hairdryer. The tv remote never worked, when it finally was delivered. The carpet was stained, so I covered it with towels where needed. There is NO dining room at the premesis, but a Wendy's nearby.
I have travelled all over the world, but never found such an UNPLEASANT place before. Even the $1.- room in Turkey was more pleasant! I have also stayed at other Travelodges which were adequate, and CLEAN! Kirsten Plate, RN, BSN

We made 4 phone calls to the hotel and waited 45 minutes at the airport for the van driver to pick us up. The room was dirty, the linen substandard. The door frame appeared to have previously been kicked out. The deadbolt had nothing to connect to. The gap between the door and the door frame was large enough that I stacked suitcases to decrease the cold air blowing in. When we checked out we were charged for using the in room safe. The charge was removed when we pointed out we had not used the service. It was an eerie place to spend the night. I expected someone to break through the door at any time.
Not a good deal

This Travelodge rents parking space to air travelers who don't necessarily stay there. There are very few parking spots left for the folks that are spending the night! We had a terrible time trying to find a place to park our car. There were several other folks in the same predicament as ours. Thankfully, the desk clerk moved her car so we could park in her place. Another couple had to park in a no parking area designated for the shuttle van. Plus the noise from other rooms kept us awake. You can hear everything!! We are crossing this motel off of our list.

we figured we could just get the cheapest hotel next to the airport so we chose this one. WRONG!! the area is scary. we had to drive around the parking lot 3 times before we finally got a spot (at the restuarant next door). then the bed had no bedskirt and the exposed box spring was ripped all over. the sheets were stained . the faucet only had scalding hot water. they had no accomodations for my infant daughter. we got up and left as soon as we could. I would have been scared to go near the breakfast. if this is the LAST hotel in seattle....sleep in your car.
