My son (10) and I traveled from Massachusetts to Disneyland, CA for his birthday. The only information that I had to go on was other Traveler Reviews, which I found very helpful. As soon as we arrived the Fairfield check us in right away. Once we were in the room, very nice and comfy, all we did was drop our bags and go back out. The best thing was that they made sure we were well taken care of, room with a view for late fireworks, top floor, and pizza shop on floor three. If that wasn't enough, McDonalds was a just a parking lot away. This hotel was priced low for what you really get and the staff was wonderful, even small details were carried out - when we returned from disneyland, on my son's birthday, he found ballons and a card on his bed - signed by Fairfield employees. He is still wondering how they knew him and his birthday surprise. I can't say enough about this hotel, we will be back to stay here. Also, if you don't like to hear the paddles of little excited feet running to the park, rumbling suitcases to and from fabulous rooms, or hardly any TV time - go to your overpriced hotel and mingle with the grumpy. We are a family of two and when traveling - it is important that we are safe and comfortable, the Fairfield Inn made sure of that.
Would definitely stay here again

Great hotel and great location! Stayed 4 nights June 9-12, 2009. This was about our 3rd or 4th stay at this hotel in the past 12 years. Rooms very spacious and clean. Was a little worried when given a room on the freeway side, but we heard absolutely no freeway noise at all. Beds very comfortable; appreciated generous selection of pillows. Excellent lighting at bathroom vanity/mirror. Appreciated having bathroom sink/vanity separate from room containing shower and toilet. Loved having refrigerator and coffee maker in room. For those of us who don't drink coffee, would be nice if tea bags were also provided with coffee and condiments in the room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent location and only short walking distance from entrance to Disneyland Resort. Really appreciated bell service having ample room for secure storage of luggage until room ready and/or return to airport after check-out time.

I stayed at the Fairfield May 10 -13. The room was clean and modern. No complaints. I was meeting friends for a Disney trip; being a five minute walk to the front entrance of Disney was great. Elevators were fast, front desk staff friendly and helpful. I would definetely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to Disneyland but not pay the high prices of the Disney hotels

We spent 3 nights here while visiting Disneyland, 12/30 to 01/02. We were very satisfied. We had 2 rooms between my and my brother's families, with a connecting door. We arrived around 12:15pm in the afternoon, didn't expect to be allowed to check in but were surprised when we were. That was very nice. The hotel is a an older building & all the doors face the outside. About 9 stories total. Check in staff was very nice. Parking was free. Maid staff did a great job on the rooms. The rooms are on the small side, as are the bathrooms but acceptable. Beds were very comfortable, with 6 pillows per bed of various firmness levels. Blackout curtains worked great. TV was old CRT type but worked fine, with cable channels. Internet was free and worked fine also. As you left every morning, there were 2 large water jugs in the lobby as you came out of the elevator, one infused with lemons, other with limes or oranges, & a supply of cups next to them. Very nice touch. There is also a mini-mart in the lobby where you can buy supplies, snacks, etc. We had to get children's Moltrin for one of our kids & they had it. There is a Pizza Hut on the 3rd floor of the hotel, if you don't feel like leaving for dinner. There is a Millie's restaurant on the property parking lot. Had breakfast and dinner there. Nice restaurant with decent food & prices. There is also a Mimi's restaurant on one side of the hotel, which was pretty packed for breakfast, and a McDonald's on the other side. Overall, very pleasant stay.

This hotel was just fine. Friendly service and close walking distance to Disneyland main entrance. It lived up to its billing on the website advertisements.
