The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The second I opened the door to our room I gagged because it smelt so bad. There was dirt all over the floor, it looked like it has never been cleaned. I didnt even want to take my shoes off.The bathroom had hair all over it. The beds were terrible, the blankets were dirty and there was hair on the sheets also. I wanted to leave immediately but we said we would suck it up and just stay there for the night. We planned on just sleeping and leaving as soon as possible in the morning but that didnt happen. from 9pm until 7am there were people running up and down the halls screaming and slamming doors. they were also knocking on doors and pretending that they were room service. It was a nightmare we didnt sleep the entire night. we tried to call and complain but our phone was ripped out of the wall and we were scared to leave our room to go to the lobby and complain. Overall it was a terrible experience and i cant believe that this hotel is in business.

This hotel is by far the worst of the worst!! This hotel is a nightmare for all to experience! Once opening the door there was what seemed to be claw marks on the floor near the door! The air conditioner was loud enough to wake you from your sleep, if you could manage to sleep on the hard bed. The beds are like sleeping on a tent in the middle of the jungle! Everything has a price! Check-in is at 4:00pm! If you arrive early you are expected to pay for early check-in! Check-out is at 11am and you are expected to pay for checking out late. You cannot park at this hotel, you are expected to leave you're car next door for 15 dollar a day and you cannot get your car at certain hours at night. The service was horrible! No one spoke English and those who did, did not have good people skills. I cannot believe how horrible this hotel was! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. This hotel is so bad it's not even close funny. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location, but don't use that as an excuse to purchase this hotel. Many hotels are available nearby and transportation is also available, this hotel isn't even decent for a last resort. No one should undergo the nightmare of this hotel.
PLEASE PLEASE PAT ATTENTION!!!!!

My daughter and I went to Miami for a 7 day trip taveling to the Bahamas as well, this hotel was in our package deal, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at we arrived in Miami at 11:00a.m. the Hotel would NOT accomadate us at all they wanted us to pay an additional $50.00 because we got there before 4 p.m. and parking is $15.00 a day even if you are a guest of the Hotel. They have no cable and the beds were very flat no comfort at all. I'm usually easy going, the thing that upset me the most is the online travel website WOULD NOT assist us in any way I was stuck in Miami for 5 hours riding arounding getting lost until 4p.m. at a -4 hotel with my daughter for those 7 days. We just left everyday and came back at bed time. The Hotel is in a good location but they should upgrade. I have stayed at Hotels all over from the Motel 6 New Orleans to the Venetian in Las Vegas and this was by far the worst I've ever had. Even Motel 6 has a laundry facility they had nothing except a breakfast room which you pay for everything NOTHING complimentary at all. I am from California and my name is Donna and if there is one person paying attention I have helped somebody save some. It ended up costing me an additional 147.00 for parking and checking out at 4 because our flight didn't leave until 9:p.m. Thank you for taking the time out to read this I hope I could help.

This Hotel Is The Worst I've Ever Seen. $15.00 A Day Parking. The Marks On The Walls. The Bath Room Had Redish Brown Smears All Over The Walls And Floor. The Bath Tub Was Black And Cracked. I Wouldn't Even Get In There With Shoes On. I Don't Know About The Bed Because We Did Not Stay There. We Even Asked For Another Room That Was Cleaner. The Second Room Was Even Worse. Do Your Self and Family A Favor And Don't Step Foot In This Hotel!!!
