Overall the room was clean, staff was friendly. It was close to O'hare. The entire reason I booked this hotel is because they advertised a sleep number bed in the room I reserved. The bed was broken. It was on the hardest setting. I found this out about 10pm that night, I was so tired from traveling all day I didn't request another room. Lesson learned. Won't waste my money there again

After checking in Friday my family and I left. When I returned my key would not work. The front desk gave my room away. Not too drastic. Hadn't put anything in there. Had 2 kids and luggage. Was at the far end of the hotel. Luckily the maintenance man came by and called the desk. They brought new keys and moved me. Next night came back late. Again loaded with kids, stuff, etc. Key wouldn't work again. Had to haul everything to the front desk. Informed they had problems all week with the keys. Why wasn't it fixed? Why wasn't I warned. It was a big inconvienence to me and my children. I will not stay here again. I would expect this at some low budget place but not at a Radisson!

Very nice, clean room and beautiful pool! Broken elevator made for a long walk to room. Very pleasant staff.

Very nice hotel, very pleasant people at front desk a very wonderful stay.

Worst ever business trip. Waited over an hour for shuttle in sub zero cold. No heat in the outdated building. Fitness equipt. was broken. Room Service was a 2 hour wait. Lots of young adults very loud & disruptive.
