My experience with the young ladie at the front desk when I was checking out wash terrible. I needed a taxi cab to go on to my destination so I asked the front desk person for assistance. She said it would be no problem for her to call me a cab. I waited for one hour and return to the front only to be told that a cab had come and left. I was at the front door and so that could not had happened. She promised again to call but after waiting another half an hour, my sister went up to the desk a demanded that she call us a cab. Out of frustration, I found the name of a cab company and call myself only to be told that NO one had placed a call from the Clarion to Colony Cab. I immediately call another cab company and they were there in 10 minutes. If this person did not want to assist us, she should not have waited our time. I will never stay at another Clarion because of this type of service. The person at the front desk in the morning should be more than helpful to guest. I would have had no problem with calling own cab if I knew she was so busy. No one was at the desk for quite a while during that time. My time is value and should not have been waisted like that.

Maid Service was extremely poor. Dirty glasses were not removed. The tub was not cleaned and the room was not vacumned on a daily basis. A call to maintenance about the shower was ignored.

The elevators jerk and clunk. Water running in our sink changed from clear to brown to clear. When the room door next door opens you will be awaken. They ran out of washcloths in the morning and told us we could get some from the front desk. They also did not nave any. Bring your own.

The front desk staff was so friendly upon my arrival. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The restaurant service was quick and food was great. i would definately return.
Wonderful Couples Suites

From what I understand, the standard rooms are only average. I stayed in the utopia suite and it was beautiful. Extremely comfortable bed. Jacuzzi could have been a bit bigger but still nice. Very clean. Definately going back.
