Poor Quality

1) Customer service is a joke. They were not helpful and gave us no respect. 2) False advertising. The pool was not open; they failed to indicate that their pool amenities would be closed. When we asked when their pool is open (time of year), they gave us no reply. 3) Construction. This hotel is in constant construction (not indicated by the listing). They will start construction at 7am sharp, no matter what their occupants say. 4) Internet connection never worked. If you need to access the internet while you are on vacation, do not stay at the Hadsten House.
