What a deal from travel website! Without the travel website discount, we'd never have booked the Hadsten House Inn. Very NICE, well appointed, updated hotel. Terrific pool and jacuzzi. With two kids under 7 yrs, you have to have something to do outside the room, and this pool was great. The wine and cheese evening reception was nice, and the buffet breakfast was fair (scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, potatoes, oatmeal. The staff very nice and attentive! Lovely rooms, beds comfy and nice towels. Flat screen w/dvd plyr, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron & board. A great value and super room! We'll definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I spent 2 days at the Hadsten Inn and were more than satisfied with our stay. The rooms was a lot nicer than I expected for the low price that we paid. I was pleasantly surprised with how beautifully decorated the rooms were and the room service was great! Our rooms were cleaned and we were even left a small gift each afternoon, very thoughtful. I recommend eating at the restaurant, the food was amazing and we loved the quite, romantic atmosphere. We also had the pleasure of getting a massage at their spa which is right on the property, a few steps away from our room made it quite convinient. I had never received a massage before, it was absolutely wonderful. I recommend visiting their spa, you won't be disappointed. My boyfriend and I got side by side massages, it was perfect!
I just can't say enough good things about this hotel, absolutely everything was perfect! The rooms, the free breakfast, the spa, the restaurant, the location, the front desk service... everything!
My boyfriend and I left so impressed and planning our mext trip to Solvang. Honestly, Solvang is a cute town but I'd go back just to stay at the hotel. Its worth it!
We live in Las Vegas.. we received better service at Hadsten Inn then some of the hotels we've stayed in on the strip.
A Perfect Christmas Trip at The Hadsten House Inn

I booked a room at the Hadsten House Inn & Spa in Solvang on December 26th for a one night romantic stay with the wife. Check in on that busy day was very easy, friendly, and quick considering the time of year. We went up to the room and were impressed, the pictures are accurate on the website, on how the room looked and felt. The bed, fireplace, TV, decor, cleanliness, and the warmth of the room were perfect for this surprised trip for my wife. The rest of the hotel featured a nice indoor pool (didn't make it, it was 35 degrees), Spa, a nice restaurant and Bar area, and other services we didn't try because of the very brief stay. The rates were high but our experience at this place was worth every penny. The only negative to say about this place was we couldn't stay another night Thanks Hadsten House Inn for making our trip (and my surprise romantic getaway with the wife) a great experience! We will be back!

My family and I stayed here for only 1 night on our way to N. California for a family camping trip. We had reservations at another establishment for our return trip but cancelled that and stayed here again on our return trip. The staff was hospitable. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, hot and quite good, and the restaurant ambiance was very nice. The rooms were very clean, contemporary, and extremely comfortable, perhaps a bit small but considering the other great attributes, a really great place to stay. It was also rather quiet, we heard very, very little from neighboring guests and traffic. As far as safety goes, we left all our camping gear packed up in the bed of our truck and it was fine through the nights. I am excited to visit the area again because without a doubt we will stay here again.

Solvang has so many places to stay, most have been there forever. This hotel is being renovated and is completely modern. Room was classy with L'Occitane amenities, flat panel TV, small fridge in a stylish armoir, even a hamper for used towels. The pool and spa were still under construction when we stayed, but should be very nice when complete in early Fall 07. Staff was very nice. Highly recommend and would stay again.
