I spent New Years Eve at this great hotel and loved it. Rooms were big, with fridg and microwave, ironing board iron, hairdryer, and a coffee maker. I also met the owners who were awesome!!! I will have to visit in the summer again to enjoy the outdoor activities.

We reserved a walk out (to the outdoor waterpark) via "X". Upon arrival, we found out there were no walk out rooms period. Not only did they NOT appologize, but stuck us in a room farthest away from the waterparks. The room smelled like VOMIT, the phone did not work, one bed was broken and leaned to one side, and the room was overall dirty. Hotel management once again did not apologize for the inconvience, nor would they give us another room. They placed an ionizer machine in the room that did not help. There are no soda machines in any of the vending areas. Don't bother asking a staff person anything about the hotel because they won't be able to tell you. Upon checking out, person merely gave us our receipt and did not thank us for staying.

We stayed here because it was across the street from Noahs Ark. When we got to our room we pulled down the bedspread and found a stain on the blanket that looked like baby spit up. They obviously do not wash there blakets. The bathroom was moldy and the ceiling fan had caked on dust and bugs in it GROSS!!!. Our sink did not drain properly and it looked as if the toilet had not been cleaned in months. Needless to say we will never be staying here again, we were extremely disappointed. The girls at the front desk were very nice.

We booked three rooms for a family vacation three months in advance. After getting the keys found out that none of the rooms ajoined. We were scattered up and down the hall. Since we had checked in early, we asked the front desk to see if any of the rooms ajoining had people in then yet. Might of as well have spit into the wind and saved our breath. Later while observing who had the rooms ajoining noticed that all came in later and were single units. Our biggest concern is that the staff put us in a room that was moldy. I couln't believe that they would rent a room where there was mold and mildew growing in and on the drywall next to the tub. The wall covering had been loose long enough that the wall board was black. When we finally found out where the awful smell was coming from and told the front desk, they sent a maintenace man in who covered the mold with some kind of chemical. That got us through the second night but by the third day we were feeling sick and asked if we could be moved to another room and be refunded at least one nights rent. Forget about getting a refund from this organization. They did put us into another room for our final night. Also don't try to use the pool's hot tub after nine o'clock. Doors to the pool area close at 9:00 pm even on a holiday!
Worst Service Possible

Poorest service possible. Maids looked like kids. No training. Front desk is a joke. Read other reviews cannot believe it, maybe because they were there off season. Service and cleanliness of rooms is a sin. Unprofessionally run hotel. Horrible I have been going to the Dells for over 40 years.
