More than expected!

Very impressed with newiness of furniture, carpet, draperies, and fixtures in room. Location was easy to access from highway. Quick trip to Biltmore from hotel and we would stay here again. I liked having a computer available for my use in the lobby. Only criticism- breakfast area crowded in morning... but it had a good selection of breakfast items. I was surprised by the refrig and microwave in room. Great for families!

Not worth it

First, nobody would answer the phone for the hour I tried calling for directions. Secondly, this hotel is a motel. We are traveling with our kids and don't feel comfortable putting them in an outside room by themselves. We ended up sleeping boys in one room, girls in the other. Not the worst thing in the world, but not what we thought we were paying for. Last, the two rooms we had were $*/each! Yesterday, we had executive rooms at the Knoxville Hilton- $*/per. There is no way this hotel should cost more than the Hilton. It's not worth it.

Excellent Stay

My room was excellent, spacious and clean. The location is good - there is a gas station literally next door and easy interstate access. Could be more restaurants nearby, though. The breakfast is good as is the workout room (2 cardio machines + 1 all-purpose weight machine). Friendly staff and extremely safe location. Only negative is that lobby is under construction, though that is a minor point. Would stay again.

Room was in excellant condition. Newly redone. Breakfast was bigger than normal for continental. Lobby still under construction but is worth the stay. No complaints

Had a great time. Hotel was close to highway and close to restaurants and shopping. Room was cozy and breakfast was very good. My wife and I had a great stay.
