Never again!

The place was under construction (May 2007). The halls were stripped of all paper. The 3-day trip was okay, through day 2, but then ... We got back to the room late in the evening to find it totally uncleaned. No towels, bed unmade. Called the front desk, and they said they couldn't do anything. Okay, how about clean towels, at least? She said I'd have to come down and get them. I did so. The front desk was quite unapologetic. They totally IGNORED their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Billed my credit card for the full amount, and didn't respond to my compaints AT ALL.

The rooms are in need of renovations, maintenance issues should be resolved. Tony the night desk clerk was extremely rude and unwilling to help us when we asked for a downstairs room. Very disappointed and appalled at the level of service here.

This hotel needs major renovations. Staff was friendly, although maintenance issues must be addressed.
