Great Staff, not a great location

Staff were very friendly and quite helpful. Room was decent but could of used a good scrub but was quiet. No frills though and not enough towels so bring your own. The quality of towels were terrible and quite small. Only one face cloth per room to give you an idea. Bed was not comfortable and sheets were clean but were wearing out.
Nothing around the area for dinning or shopping and didn't feel comfortable enough to walk the area either. I would only stay here for a night or two but that would be the length of my stay. My advise would be if you are staying any longer than a couple of days, pay the extra cash and stay in a different part of Phoenix or Scottsdale. The extra cost is well worth it!

When arriving the door to the lobby had been shot out by a pellet gun from vandals the evening before. When questioning the safety of the hotel the front desk clerk said that they had parking lot surveillance. I chose to stay. The room was clean and had a recliner, a small table bed, refrigerator/microwave and hair dryer. There was an onsite pool along with a washer and dryer. I would probably look for a different place to stay in the future just because of the location.
