lovely hotel but problems for the business traveler

I have stayed in loads of hotels and AmericInn is one of the nicer chains. The rooms here are clean, neat and comfy. The lobby looks like a lodge and has a large selection for a free breakfast. The pool looks great and the kids in there seem to be having a ball. There is ONE big problem. It is supposed to have free wi-fi. As I am traveling for business this is very important to where my business associate and I stay. First night neither of us could get on line. Two different computers, two different rooms. Front desk clerk only response was...well it is working down here. Great for him/her! Second night, spotty coverage, keeps timing out. It is very frustrating and my boss wonders why I am not answering my email. This should be adressed or this will not be a return stop for us next year.
