Took forever to check in, had to explain several times I had a reservation! Room was freezing even with thermostat all the way up. Smoke detector disabled! couldn't get out fast enough

Poor Customer Service

Rooms were terrible, but not as bad as the attitude of the front desk staff. One bright light was the Russian breakfast waitress.
