This hotel was in the heart of downtown, with easy access to Great American Ballpark. We also happened to be around through Octoberfest, which was 2 blocks away. The only suggestion we would have for the hotel is to invest in better mattresses...the ...Read more

What a value! Clean, comfortable rooms in a hotel located in the heart of Cincinnati. Even though we stayed in the hotel on a weekend of home Reds games and Oktoberfest Festival in Downtown, we felt welcome and well cared for.
We will not be coming back.

We were not informed that the valet parking was going to cost $22 and we had to pay for internet too - that was an additional $8. I have not been in any hotel that charges you extra for parking and for internet. Very disappointed.
Nice hotel, good price.

No fridge in the room. That would have been nice. Bed was ok, but thought it would be better as it was a Millenium. Great area and staff was excellent. Would stay here again.

Great hotel and great location. Short walk to Paul Brown stadium. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was great as well, very clean! I will stay here again when I'm in Cincinnati! :)
Great location, small room

We loved the location on the hotel and the pool. The room was a little on the small side and be prepared to spend $22 a day for overnight parking.
The staff did not want to help me. I had to wait in line for service and I felt like an inconvenience.

The staff did not make me feel welcome and lied to me about parking availability in the area since they offered valet parking only at a high cost. Breakfast or coffee at least was not provided.
Awful!

Hotel staff was EXTREMELY rude. Took forever to get any kind of service. Had to call multiple times to get anyone to answer at the front desk. Linens didn't smell freshly laundered. Carpets were old and stained. You had to pay extra for Wi-fi. When ...Read more
