worst hotel experience ever

This is actually my first ever online review -- in the past I've never found the need! But the experience I had staying at this hotel has prompted me to warn others! To begin, I was sharing a room with 2 other adults. We were placed in a room with 2 double beds and told that they had no cots and that the 2 double beds was the only option for shared rooms of more than 2 adults. Normally, this would be simply an inconvenience, but once I saw the beds it was another story. Where to begin? First, the doors to the rooms do NOT have dead bolts. My door lock was actually broken, prompting maintenance to come by to fix it (which meant I didn't get to sleep until midnight the night before an early meeting). Second, the beds were springy. Third, the linens were probably of the cheapest variety (flat pillows -- had to ask for extras, hard towels -- one of which was stained, and low quality sheets). The carpet in the room was stained, and the internet NEVER worked the 2 nights I was there. The general amenities/room felt more like a Super 8 Motel than a $/night hotel in downtown. I immediately wished I had booked at the Hilton across the street or the Weston a couple blocks away!! The front desk staff was very defensive and hostile when I mentioned how unhappy I was with the quality of the room. The only good thing -- they did send someone up to the room quickly to fix the door lock, and housekeeping did bring me several extra pillows. I will NEVER stay at this or any other Millennium hotel ever again, my experience was so bad. Be warned.
Is there were a rating of less than terrible?

If there were a rating of less than terrible, I would award it to the customer service category on this survey. Don't stay at this facility unless you want to be greeted by disgruntled management, impertinent front desk staff, and dirty moldy shower facilities. The valet parking attendants were only friendly and well-trained staff.
My question: Is there a rating less than "terrible"

Location was good. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Only complaint was that the pillows were so bad that I went to Macy's next door and bought two. Fortunately
there was a two for one sale.

Put us in a smokking room after booking a non-smoking. Changed to a non-smoking room which had a leaking air conditioner. Changed us out of that room to another room which was a smoking room. Someone tried to get in to my daughters room and after telling them the mext morning they said they didn't show that room booked with no appologies of any kind given.
