I stayed at the Days Inn off of sugar creek for my anniversary. I stayed in a non smoking room and it was very clean the bathroom was very nice and the lighting was perfect. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at this Days Inn in Charlotte. The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to the smiling faces, I was given popcorns and a can of soda by the front desk staff at check in. When I needed to check my emails and needed to print my e-ticket, I was able to use the lobby computer and printer. I was very happy with the recently renovated lobby, rooms and outside area. Free Continental Breakfast was a plus. I would definitely come back again and stay with this Days Inn.
My horrible experience at Day Inn on Sugar Creek RD

I have to say that I stayed at the hotel before on the first floor and felt very comfortable and safe. This visit I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was a horrible experience. First, a couple was arguing next door so loud that people in the parking area was looking up towards the 3rd floor rooms cause they could hear them. Soon after she was running down the corridor and he was chasing her Finally, that night around 3am I was waken by people in front of my door, laughing and talking very loudly about the phones in the room would not dial out.
