When I checked in to the hotel after a long drive, there was no record of my reservation from Travelocity. The hotel had been booked full for a long time due to a convention there. The staff picked up the ball and put us in a sister hotel and that's why I rated everything so highly. But I received no followup from Travelocity and now realize a reservation through Travelocity does not assure you of a room when you arrive.
