Description: The room was perfect for us (three girls)… Nice, clean, everything you would expect from a Best Western (and it’s only a couple years old). There was a fridge in the bathroom and enough counter space to mix drinks. There were two pools: outdoor (which was perfectly protected from the wind for when it was too cold to go to the beach and we wanted some sun) and a heated indoor pool, and also a very hot outdoor Jacuzzi. It''s across the highway from the beach (you could walk, but we drove)… Next door was a Joe’s Crab Shack (but why would you go there when you could go someplace local and ON the water?)… Great location. Also, a free GOOD continental breakfast (only if you got up before 10...).
We got our "Spring Break" deal from Sunchase, so it was around $180 (?) a person for the room for 5 nights. Sunchase was a good company, unlike some of the other ones i''ve heard bad things about. I recommend going through them if you are going for SB... (i think they are the only company that does Destin anyway)...
