Easy to find & clean rooms

The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. However, the rooms were small with one bed right up agaisnt the window and the air conditioner!! My kids loved the breakfast with the ability to make their own waffles. The Staff was great. I good value for price range. I would stay again if I needed a clean above average budget motel around Oceanside/Carlsbad area. P.S. Some people complained about the highway noise--did not hear it on the side of the motel that we were on---maybe a request rooms on that side would be worthwhile.

This place is clean as other reviewers mentioned but certainly not spacious - don't plan on spending a lot of free time in these rooms. The mattresses on the 2 double beds were great, however if you get stuck on the sofa bed like my husband and I did, don't expect to get a good night sleep. The shower heads are quite low, great if you're under 5 feet! Also no tub for little ones. The outer appearance isn't really a big factor unless you are driving around looking for a place to stay, you may not choose this one. All in all not too bad, wouldn't suggest it for a lengthy stay.
